Although Sterling is hardly a stodgy old-boys’ hangout, it retains comforting aura of traditional steakhouse while incorporating more lively contemporary accents. Broken up into several intimate, handsomely appointed spaces, including a fireplace-warmed patio, the place succeeds in conveying the timelessness of this grand old American dining concept.
