MX4D at TCL Chinese Theatre

MX4D ® Motion EFX Theatre, the newest evolution in the 4D cinema experience, provides a totally immersive environment; where you actually “feel” the action on the screen from the built-in motion and effects in the seats and theatre around you.

Theater #2 upstairs has 100 seats that move you back and forth, vibrate, rumble, shoot neck air bursts, spray water, gently poke you in the back and butt, and tickle your ankles. The theater itself has strobe light effects, smoke effects, wind, scent effects, and even bubbles. All of the effects let you basically ride a movie for two hours, rather than passively watch.
